I called to confirm the day and time of my first ever appointment and the way the receptionist behaved made me realize I shouldn't have made an appointment at this dentist in the first place. The receptionist hung up on me before I was finished asking my questions and when I called back immediately to ask why she had hung up not only was she apologetic, she was also rude and not helping.

Growing up, I had some tough experiences with inexperienced doctors in the African American community, so going to the dentist has always been really hard for me. But Dr. Scott and his assistant Annashia were absolutely amazing. Dr.

Scott was so patient and kind—he walked me through every step and made sure I felt safe and informed. Even his voice was soothing, which helped calm me down more than I expected. Annashia was also incredible warm, helpful, and so supportive the whole time. Even though my anxiety was through the roof, they both made the experience feel manageable and even positive. I really, truly appreciate them both. Thank you for making me feel cared for and understood!
