If a could give them 0 start I would. The customer service is the worst!!!, the office is always dirty and hot. You have to wait for hours even when you have an appointment. My daughter had an appointment at 11am and waited 4hrs not to be seeing because they overbooked the only doctor working that day. My daughter had other appointments to go to and we had to cancel because of their delay. How do you schedule someone at 11am when the doctor gets to the office at 10am , then you are told you have 2 patients in front of you. . . To top it off they got paid for the work they never did.

. I called the insurance to change the provider and I was told they couldn't help me because this doctor already submitted a claim to get paid. I had to file a complaint to get the money back to the insurance so my daughter can see another doctor. Be aware of this place. If you can go and see another doctor, don't go there. . Our communities deserve better. .

This is my second visit here and I’m glad I found this dentist. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming, and the dentist himself is excellent. I would recommend him if you’re looking for great dentist. Wait was about an hour but was worth it

Really a waste of time Dr. doesn’t even speak to you directly he speaks to his assistant and then the assistant speaks to you and mind you we are in the same room! He doesn’t do extractions he triple books and makes referrals for everything because he doesn’t do nothing but minor things. Huge waste of time would never recommend this place. A 1 star is actually being nice.

I have been going here for a few years with my wife and have never really had any issues. Sometimes, you have to wait longer times than others, but that is just life. We do our dental cleaning and check-up every 6 months. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk, the staff who helps prep, and especially the doctor. I know I know I have to floss more and do better lol
