Great dentist and wonderful staff but one very large glaring problem. While most dentist now will review your insurance and provide you with an estimate prior to treatment, Westend still chooses to ask you to pay up front before ever checking with your insurance company or providing you with an estimate. This ended up costing me over $2,000 when my insurance company refused most of the charges after I had paid Westend for treatment. This is a terrible policy and I hope someday they will address this problem, till then I've chosen another dentist.

Do not get your wisdom teeth out here! Dr. Storti was cruel and left the room as I was crying with being in so much pain post-removal. Even during the procedure he dismissed my panic attack and got annoyed telling to just “calm down”. Reception staff here are lovely but avoid getting your teeth out at all costs! I am still traumatised by this experience and now have dental anxiety.

I got referred to Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center - highly recommend going here as you get treated like a human being. Avoid this place at all costs! Dr. Storti should be ashamed of how he treats female patients.

Spent close to $300 here for a cleaning and filling, and man, I regret it. The office feels all about looks, but once you’re in the chair, it’s rushed and cold. My filling still feels off, and trying to get a follow-up was a nightmare — they ghosted my calls. For a Lincoln Park spot, you’d think they’d have better service. Not worth the cash or the headache.
