Worst dental experience of my life. I'm autistic and extremely terrified of the dentist. I needed an extraction and I show up, terrified and in so much pain. The nurse was so rude. . and so I told my partner she was being a b****h (when she wasn't even in the room so yea, apparently you cant have a private conversation or opinions on being treated poorly) someone heard and I was confronted. I didn't deny it because she was being one. She was so rude and did not make me feel safe when I was about to have a meltdown. There was no consideration or compassion. And so I was asked to leave. Still in pain and this was the worst experience I've had ever with the dentist.

They called me disrespectful but they disrespected me from the beginning. I didn't even snap at them but I wanted to. I was so upset and distraught by their treatment. They do not care about the patients. They do not try to make you feel comfortable or safe. Heck, they never even talked to me about anything even prior to the appointment. You are not important to them apparently and if you speak up, even to someone In a private conversation, they will cast you out with no second thoughts even if you are in pain and have disabilities or struggling with emotions out of fear. Don't expect compassion If you have special needs or autistic, maybe consider elsewhere. They are not kind or understanding. Their job is to help and yet they can't even do that. Just give you attitude.

Shout to the receptionists though. They were awesome. The one I actually spoke to about a week and a 1/2 ago when i called since i hadn't heard anything about the procedure or what to expect. They did not tell me anything prior so I thought it was gonna be sedation. Turns out it was local even though I told them from the beginning that I struggled with Novacaine and dental trauma. But I needed it done today because I had to take off days from work. She was so sweet though and reassuring and told me the doctor was great. She gave me hope. But no, that was about where the kindness ended and now I'm in more pain and struggling because the others don't respect their patients,their privacy, and are so sensitive to themselves but not their patients.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday with Dr. Birchfield. This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I typically have terrible anxiety going to the dentist, but the nurses and doctor were amazing at making the process as smooth as possible. I will definitely be returning here for future dental procedures. Thank you to the staff again for your wonderful service.

Dr. Jeffrey Levine did an amazing job with my root canal. The procedure was much smoother and quicker than I had anticipated. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease thanks to the friendly staff and the calming environment.

The endodontist explained each step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. It's reassuring to know that my dental health is in such capable hands, and I won't hesitate to return for any future needs.

Got all four wisdom teeth out Friday and it’s Sunday now. Let me start with I HATEEEEEE THE DENTIST. However everyone is so nice there, and they did a perfect job with my teeth extraction. Little pain on day three an almost no swelling.

They worked with me through everything even when the first scheduled appointment I couldn’t get my teeth pulled cause of my blood pressure, once I corrected the issue they had me takin care of that week. This will be my forever dentist.
