I paid $5,500 up front for a failed dental implant in a shabby, run-down office that had to be removed the following year. After my terrible experience, I went to a different service provider to have additional dental implants. The other dentist explained to me that Dr. Reff's implant was infected and had to be removed. Additionally, the implant was too short, and I should have had a sinus lift and bone graft before implant placement. I requested a refund from Dr.

Reff and he refused. I have since lodged a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer affairs. I do not recommend Dr. Reff for any dental treatment.

I recently had dental implants done by Dr. Reff, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. He’s incredibly patient and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how he has this habit of softly humming or singing while he works. It’s such a small thing, but it made the whole process feel a lot less stressful and more relaxing. The procedure itself was practically pain free, which I didn’t think was even possible with something like dental implants! Dr.

Reff explained everything beforehand in a way that made me feel confident and informed, and he checked in with me constantly to make sure I was okay. The results are fantastic, my implants look and feel completely natural and I had no issues. I definitely recommend Dr. Reff if you want to get implants. He’s not just an amazing dentist; he’s the kind of person who really cares about his patients and their experience.
