Super friendly staff, punctual, and terrific customer service. It's a family feel at the clinic where everyone seems valued. The hygienist I had was awesome. She educated me on things about my toddler as well as myself.

The dentist came in, was cordial, friendly, and what I liked most is that he was honest about what I need to worry about and what I don't. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. No complaints.

I've been a patient for 5 years, two to three cleanings a year. Amy is my regular hygienist. Friendly staff all around. Flexible with dates and times. The practice keeps on time and I never have to wait too long when I arrive for my appointment. Direct billing to insurance.

Updated review: This office is still my favourite. I appreciate the appointment reminders I get via text msg and if I ever have to reschedule, it's never an issue. The team is always great and friendly and they remember details of visits even months and years later. I also love that the appointments are quick and really well done! They have been seeing my son since he was 2 years old and make him feel comfortable to the point he isn't scared to go to the dentist (he is now 4).

Previous review: I'm so happy I switched to this dental office a few years back. It's close to home, there's always parking, the office is always clean, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and the wait times aren't long at all!! My husband made the switch more recently and loves it as well.

Dr. Picardo and the team are excellent. I first came here years ago when I had a crippling tooth ache and they got me in right away. This has been my dentist ever since. Everyone is always friendly and nice.

I have an irrational fear of dentists but they always try to make you feel comfortable here. Wait times are never crazy, it may be a few minutes after your scheduled time depending on how busy it is but they have plenty of rooms to ensure no patient is waiting too long. Would highly recommend Westside Dental for anyone in the Orangeville area.
