I've never had dental surgery before, but I could not have been happier or more comfortable going to Westwood. From the reception desk, to consult, through procedure, my experience was amazing. Dr. Gleason , along with Miss Gloria and team were comforting as soon as I sat down.

They put my worries at ease. Before I knew it, I was on my way home with a new outlook on how gentle a usually intimidating procedure could be. Thank you so much Dr. Gleason and the whole squad, this meant a lot!!!

Dr. Gleason is amazing. She removed my youngest son’s wisdom teeth a few weeks ago. I went back today with my oldest son for his consultation. Everything was great, until the end. I was charged a $300 fee.

I’m not entirely sure why. The front desk person said something about no shows/cancellations. Neither applies to me, as I’ve never had an appointment that I didn’t keep. I asked if I’d be refunded and I was not provided a clear explanation. I explained to her, that I was just there a few weeks prior with my other son and did not have to pay a deposit. I also advised my husband’s medical plan along with my dental, covers the visit in full with the exception of a $10 copay.

I don’t remember her responding. It seems very strange and unethical to request to such a hefty fee for something you know our insurances are going to cover and to not even provide me with a clear explanation of whether or not I’ll be refunded. I’ve worked with insurances for years and I’ve never witnessed anything like this. After reading previous reviews, I see I’m not the first to experience this. I will be reviewing further.

Westwood oral surgery was a positive experience from start to finish. The office staff is helpful and informative. Dr Gleason performed my tooth extraction. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and needs. Dr.

Gleason answered all my questions so that on the day of the extraction I was at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Gleason and Westwood oral Surgery for anyone looking for a competent and caring Dental practice.

Dr Gleason and her team were excellent. Very attentive and caring towards my son. Explained the process of extracting his wisdom teeth, his recovery, and the billing process clearly and thoroughly. I could not recommend them more.
