I had my first appointment at White Willow family dental today after a terrible experience with another dentist in the area (who has since closed up shop). I had to wait about two months for my appointment, but it was 100% worth the wait. The woman at the desk who helped check me in and out (Kari, I think?) was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Alyssa brought me back promptly for my appointment and got me through x-rays and my full cleaning while taking the time to fully explain everything she was doing along the way in a friendly and easy to understand way. My visit with Dr.

B was brief but thorough. It’s difficult to find any kind of medical office that inspires full trust and confidence, but this is undoubtedly one of them. I’ve already recommended them to one of my friends and my mom. Thank you for your excellent care, White Willow, and I’ll see you in six months!

I felt so welcomed. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that I know what is going on with my care. They were very accommodating and made sure I got the appointments i needed as well a good understanding of what I have to pay. This was an awesome first experience !

I have been terrified to go the dentist and have put it off for years, leading to some dental issues. It got to the point that I had to make an appointment, and I’m so happy I did so at this practice. The doctors are fantastic, the office staff are so kind and supportive, and I had the pleasure of having both Alyssa and Dawn as hygienist at different times and they both were so wonderful, informative and so patient with me.

They really value their patients and do an incredible job at making you feel safe and welcome.
