Dr. Wiele has provided excellent dental care not only for me but several of the referrals I've sent his way as well. He was able to explain and show me, with technology my local dentist did not have, how much my bite was off and causing pain to a molar when I bit down onto it. In just a short time, correcting the bite, relieved the pain. He was able to predict a tooth injured in 2003 was going to become infected as he interpreted the HD CT. . .

and it did about 5 months later. He did excellent reconstructive work with the new front tooth. I continue to travel to St. Louis from Central Iowa twice yearly to have my teeth cleaned with a non-fluoride dentifrice (my request) with a followup inspection by Dr. Wiele.

Sabrina Walters

I saw Dr. Wiele twice. He wasn’t very friendly during my 1st visit. I had a filling done during my 2nd visit & he was incredibly impatient with my gag reflex. I was raising my hands & begging for a break & crying & he persistently kept proceeding with the filling stating he was almost done & I could hang on. I continued to gag & cry to the point of throwing up which finally made him stop. I was furious. He didn’t apologize but looked embarrassed. He let me gather myself for a few minutes & was more compassionate after he realized I wasn’t “faking” my gagging.

I have not nor will I go back. The office is also very outdated. They didn’t have basic essentials (glasses to help with light or bibs with metal chain clip) for cleanings. I would not recommend Dr. Wiele. I can’t imagine what a nightmare he would be with kids. He doesn’t seem fulfilled in his work anymore & likely time to retire.

Megan McDonald

I have been working with Dr. Weile for over a year. He has really helped me with a severe TMJ. My energy has increased dramatically in the last year. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the treatment I need not only in his office but also with other practitioners.

He is always a good listener and works hard to make sure I am taken care of before I leave the office. I'm very thankful for Dr. Weile and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Wiele and all the ladies that work with him are spectacular! From Jessica at the front desk, Megan, Tori, and all others, they are extremely caring and have grown to know me and my family over the years. They are super collaborative about scheduling (even when you have an incredibly hard schedule to work with). I am super thankful for them and all they have done for me over the years!
