I love everything about the Silverdale location. Every visit I'm treated with care and respect. Ive had terrible experiences at many dentists and have a troubled mouth so I'm very glad to have found a great team. Dr. Woody is so gentle and amazing at what he does. I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the dentist, but it's true.

From walking in and hearing Tina Turner, Diana Ross, AND Whitney Houston?! Count me in. The check in staff is always nice and friendly. The techs and assistants are always so welcoming and the care is top notch. All the way to the nice young lady that works the check out station that for some reason remembers the littlest details about mine and my wife's life. They truly make us feel like we're almost family and I am so so grateful for the care they provide.

Always a great experience getting my cleaning here. Friendly and professional. They do a great job with my kids as well. This time I even got a window seat looking out into the trees and got to watch a squirrel playing around. Pretty awesome.

I’m sure this will be laughed at or mocked by the people who work there, but I just had a pretty terrible experience with the people at the front desk. I had just come from Tacoma where I had my braces worked on, and on the way back home one of the metal ties on my brackets poked out pretty far. I knew this establishment didn’t work on braces, but I wanted a second opinion before I did something I regret. The two ladies at the front were rude from the start, but when I went to sit down, they started whispering about this was something they joke about and that I should’ve gone elsewhere.

I already felt bad and had apologized for the inconvenience, I don’t know what I could’ve done. They could’ve just told me to leave instead of making me feel unwelcome. Sheryl was kind enough to be nice to my face, but you could tell she didn’t want me there either. It’s a shame, I really enjoyed my dentist there, Dr.

Liu was always kind and knew enough about what I was experiencing to give me a realistic picture of what my braces journey would be like, he was also always funny and you could tell he loved his family. However, I don’t think I can bring myself to go here again and will be seeking a new doctor. I don’t feel welcome here anymore and I’m afraid they’ll remember my face.
