Today was my first visit with Dr. Grupp and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist Maggie makes you feel welcome and helps you with everything. When I entered the office, the hygienist Teresa treated me wonderfully, keeping me informed of all the procedures, giving me hygiene advice and talking to me to keep me calm and comfortable. Dr. Sara examined me and gave me all the information regarding my dental hygiene, preventive care and the steps to follow, etc.

Now I couldn't ask for less. It was an incredible experience. I feel happy to recommend her to friends and family. I will continue to see her from today. Thank you so much.

My introduction to Dentist William Grupp and assistant, Ashley was during a short exam visit when they reviewed x-rays from my previous dentist and suggested procedures that they felt I needed. I was nervous, not particularly because of them; I am uncomfortable in all doctor/medical/dental settings, scared would be a better descriptor. Both of them were kind and patient, explaining in depth and answering my numerous questions. I waited until I went to my car to review the "estimate" for 4 procedures, assuming it would be quite expensive. I did a double take looking at the estimate . . . much more affordable than I had anticipated, I was quite relieved.

Plus, they use Care Credit which I rely on for paying dental and vet bills, that was a plus. My next "real" appointment for 2 of the procedures took place last week. I was definitely nervous/scared and had some mild anxiety while in the "chair. " It was manageable and again, the team of Grupp & Ashley were kind, patient and understanding. We had a couple of bumps along the way due to my fears of getting the "needle" with numbing agent and the prolonged time it was in my mouth due to the doc wanting to minimize the discomfort and taking his time. He had explained everything thoroughly and I appreciated their taking the time to allow for my anxiousness. I am still amazed that I was able to tolerate sitting in the chair with my mouth open for 2 procedures! I had never done that before, but because of their attitude and thoughtful approach, I stayed. I'm so glad I did.

Now when I return, the doc said the other 2 procedures will not require "the needle" for numbing. I am not an easy-going patient because I show up with many questions/concerns and fears. I am very impressed with Dentist Grupp and Ashley, they make a caring, professional duo and exude confidence and knowledge. Maggie at reception is also kind and supportive, it makes a BIG difference when the first person who greets you on the phone is friendly and warm. My previous dental practice in Buckingham County, VA did not exude warmth, or thoughtful considerate care. I am thankful to have found a new practice and look forward to writing more positive reviews. Thank you to William Grupp, Dentist, Assistant Ashley and Maggie. ❤️ Pie
