The office staff is very pleasant and so is Stephanie, Dr. Burden’s assistant. However, Dr. Burden, who I thought was the right dentist for me, is making me suffer with tooth and jaw pain saying that I shouldn’t be in that much pain. I was scheduled for a root canal this Wednesday but had to cancel. The earliest day I’m available to go in is Friday. I contacted the office 3 times today asking for help but was told by the young lady on the phone that I was just going to have to suffer.

The lack of help today has shown me that Dr. Burden is judging me and is acting like I’m just looking for medication. I wouldn’t have contacted them 3 times today if I wasn’t in pain. Totally disrespectful! I won’t be returning unless I can see one of the practices other providers, specifically Dr. Billue who immediately helped me a couple of weeks ago when this pain began.

I recently needed a crown replacement and Dr. Contract, Kellie, and staff were outstanding from the moment I walked in the door until I left. They not only practice painless dentistry but they used the most current technology to ensure fabrication and fitting of my crown was perfect.

They made the crown in the office using a digital milling machine and no return visits were needed for minor adjustments in fit. Great job, as always!

I've been going to see Sue, their Dental Hygienist for almost 20 years. She is practically like family. She is so gentle, friendly and is great with my family. My daughter had her first dental cleaning with Sue and she was so sweet and gentle with her. And very patient. Thank you so much to everyone there for always making it a pleasurable experience.
