I can not say enough good things about Dr Jordan and her entire staff!! From the moment I came in the door thru out my procedure her and her staff were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her office for anyone who needs a Endodontist.

I was referred to Dr. Jordan's office to get a Root Canal on a tooth that was then to be crowned. Dr. Jordan's treatment plan was to be executed in 2 steps. The first step was to debride the irritated nerve from the tooth. The second step was to insert whatever material that is inserted into the tooth to complete the root canal process. Prior to Step 1 of this process, I was quoted an in-network rate from Jordan's front office and step 1 of the process was performed based on the assumption that the entire procedure would be performed under my dental insurance in-network rates. Several days before Step 2 of the process was supposed to be performed, I receive a call from Jordan's front office indicating that the insurance company (MetLife) made a mistake on the insurance quote and that my insurance was actually out of network-which boiled down to an additional $800. 00 out of pocket for me. I contacted the insurance company and they indicated that they were NOT at fault and-in fact-quoted the correct rate for the MetLife plan. They reached this conclusion after reviewing the tape recordings of the conversations with Jordan's front office.

So Jordan's billing office lied about their mistake to cover themselves and bilk me for another $800. 00. Since this was the back office's mistake, I called them back to ask them to cover the balance of the procedure at the in-network rates, which they flatly refused to do. I subsequently received an unsolicited call back from Dr. Jordan, where she curtly refused to complete the procedure at the originally-quoted in-network rates--even though I was right in the middle of the procedure. . . . . So I had to find another dentist (who was in-network) in Richmond to complete the procedure because Williamsburg does not have another endodontist that is in-network for my insurance. What is the bottom line? Her billing office was deceptive and the Dentist had no regard for me as a patient.

So, if you want to see a Dentist who does not perform for the benefit of her patients and if you want to deal with a back office that is deceptive and lousy, please-by all means-go see Dr. Jordan. However, Caveat Emptor. . . . . .

I had a Root Canal today 3/9/23 and it was an excellent experience. I did not feel a thing and Dr Jordan and her assistant were a spectacularly coordinated team. They explained everything that was going on and I would unequivocolly recommend going to her.

Let's start with the front desk administrators Valerie and Shaina. Both were extremely friendly, welcoming and most accommodating to me when making an appointment. Instead of 2 days for a consult then possible procedure they scheduled me back to back on same day. As a first time patient to this practice it started off well. Met Dr Jordon and she explained to me all my options prior to the possible Root Canal.

I went forward with the root canal and she made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety as we all get having a root canal. She was very knowledgeable, professional and completed the process successfuly. Highly recommend Dr. Jordon for your Endodontist needs, you will be in good hands.
