This establishment is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. When you get there, the front desk is rude. There’s a single file line and they treat each guest with poor mannerism. This lady helped two customers and then it was my turn and she said “you’re gonna have to wait a few minutes”.

??? My appointment was at 1:00 and it was 1:05 before the lady next to her asked if I was being helped, even she thought she was helping me. First Lady disappeared from the desk and came back with an attitude to greet the next person. No complaints about the dentists or techs in the rooms, they’re usually great but the front desk will be the reason they lose a patient.

There was a wait as usual. Staff kind and courteous. The hygienist Daniella (in hopes I spelled her name correctly) was very nice, educated and comforting! Doc was ok. Overall, a good experience, in a long time, at this place : )

This entire establishment is a joke and should be shut down immediately. The front desk is extremely rude, inattentive, and entitled. I called before showing up for my appointment and thank goodness I did because they canceled it due to “ No confirmation”. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never missed an appointment, I just so happened to not be able to answer the phone one time because I was at a graduation And they canceled my appointment.

When I explained that to the lady, she didn’t even wanna hear it she claimed that they called me multiple times when I have it in my car records that they only Contacted me once. Don’t waste your time with this place, Unless you want to be treated poorly by the front desk staff. The ONLY one Who has never given me a hard time Or an attitude is the lady with the red hair. Everyone else is rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Not to mention the fact That they didn’t even disclose in the voicemail that if I didn’t call back, my appointment would be canceled. I’ve been in pain for weeks because of this tooth and the first time they canceled. My appointment was due to Shut down

Staff is unprofessional. I went here a few years ago for tooth pain. One of the nurses actually made fun of my teeth. This place sucks. Also, they never called in my prescription the day of so I had to substitute with over the counter pain meds. I haven't been back since. If you do go be prepared to wait 3 to 5 hours minimum.
