I've never left a review in my entire life for anywhere. Till today. I went in to Wilson Dental today to have a cleaning and an exam done. I had one of them done if you can call it that. My appointment was for 9:45. I was not seen till almost 10:45. While waiting and looking around I notice how dirty the whole facility was.

After waiting an hour and getting called in I was bouncing around from a room to room and then to a chair where I was going to be seen by a dentist. I have no expertise in dentistry. I do know a cleaning should take more than 3 minutes. The dentist came over cut my gums worse than I've ever experienced in my life and said my cleaning was done. A total of 3 minutes maybe four at the most and I was sent out the door and got told to go make an appointment for a exam that was supposed to be done today. In my opinion you'd be better going to a veterinarian clinic you would get better help. And better healthcare through a vet.

Overall I wouldn't take anybody there. Even in an emergency situation. I also want to note that I had a big piece of my tooth missing and it wasn't even noticed or talked about. And it was the reason that I was going there.

I had a 1:30 appointment for this day I was called to come in early. They were able to see me get my teeth clean. And I was very happy with the service. I would recommend friends and family. They also cleaned my 2 year old teeth she was happy to get them done.

If I could put 0 stars I would absolutely ! the worst dental spot I’ve ever been to Absolutely disgusting Receptionist and people there are complete waste of time they’ll call you in early and cancel on you whenever they so please ! You’ll book for five even six months ahead of time and They’ll Cancel on you two days before ! I’ve had appointments get rescheduled three times and each time We arrive the doctor is not there to Take the me. Absolutely unprofessional we will definitely be moving elsewhere if I could save anyone’s time I’d say Don’t even try with this place.

I got my partial and the dentist said if I had an issue I could just stop in and didn’t have to make an appointment. Well it hurts when I put it scratches my mouth. It’s probably a 30 second fix. So I stopped there today.

The girl at the desk was really rude and said we don’t take walk ins. She didn’t have to be rude about. I’m sure you know not too many dentists take my insurance but you don’t have to treat us like crap.
