Worst experience wish they had zero stars. Made my first appointment I was supposed to receive my cleaning and xray of my teeth. My co payment was specified on my insurance card. They charged me more for than my co payment and made up the excuse that it was an emergency visit and ended up charging me more and gave really bad explanation on why they were over charging. Unfortunately I switched insurance so I had to get a new dentist. I had seen my previous dentist and just had 2 more filings to complete nothing major.
However this dentist said I needed crowns and then she started breaking down all the cost of the visit the medication she would use. I thought she wanted charge me the form i used. I did not need crowns just refills. Just a bad experience over all. switching dentist asap!

Dr. Prasad Should NOT be aloud to work with children. I took my son(6 years old) here for a cleaning and she scarred him for life. She is extremely cold and unfriendly. She took one look I’m his mouth and told him he had a cavity, he got scared and stared crying and she just kept saying in a snarky way “why are you crying, you’ve never even have a cavity you don’t even know what it’s like, why are you crying, look at me” it was horrible.
She then looked at me and said that she doesn’t feel comfortable filling it if this is how he is going to react because it is a management issue. The way she made him feel I’m sure he will never forget and that is shameful. Please do not bring your children here. Horrible!

I had never seen Dr. Prasad before, but after cracking my tooth, she was able to see me in just a few hours! The doctor was very kind, helpful and patient with all of my worries and questions. I will definitely return to Windsor Dental in the future.

I have been coming here for at least 6 years and am very happy. Dr. Prasad is gentle and I have had many crowns due to my old metal fillings spreading and breaking my teeth. She has come in on a Sunday to Re-glue a temp cap that came loose. My only complaint would be the website says they open at 8:00 today and I’m here as a temp cap is loose and no one here yet. I would recommend.
