Dentist great. Dental Hygienist great. Person working front desk nightmare. Wanted to get some crowns replaced and the lady kept telling I didn't have insurance when I did. I called the insurance about twenty times, and they knew who I was and told me I was covered.

I tried explaining it to her, but she was unable comprehend it or call them for verification. She gave me the run around and wasted my time for all most a month. all I wanted to do was get some work done but she wouldn't allow me. So, I have to go to a different dentist which is not I wanted to do I wanted to go there, well they just lost out on over 4,000 dollars.

My husband and I go to carol to clean our teeth I have been a patient of Carol and now my husband is a patient. We like carol she is very thorough when it comes to cleaning our teeth. We are comfortable with carol. When the gentleman comes in afterwards our check up is good with him thanks to carol. I gave a 4 star for fact that there hours have changed.

Very prompt with decisions, had a miler removed that had a failed root canal, didn’t even feel him grab it and pull it out. Was done in 30 seconds and the assistant was very nice and made sure you were comfortable. I go back for an overall check up in July, I’ll will see how the cleanings go. I have a little tarter build up from not being able to brush full force because of my broken collar bone.

But overall impression, they move quickly and make sure it’s done right. I would recommend. Thank you staff!
