I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I always loved this office but ever since Dr. Ferrari and Dr. Chow retired and sold the office it has gone downhill. I still love my hygienist Michelle and wont book with anyone else.
But every time I see the dentist now it’s never the same person. What’s prompting this bad review is my last appointment I went in for a toothache and it was the worst experience. The dentist (I believe Dr. Mohit) thought I was someone else initially and then only probed at my gums and labeled it gingivitis. Made unnecessary comments about my inability to open wide, my jaws and my breathing airways.
I’m in for a toothache and he was discussing my breathing habits when I already told him I already see an ENT & allergy doctor for those issues. I asked about treatment that would be done but was told it’s been sent to your pharmacist. The hygienist who “prepped” me that day was hurting me doing the x-ray to the point I physically had to get her hands off me and say stop and was left with bruising inside my mouth and was in more pain than when I came in. After all that I’m hit with a $200 bill that thankfully my insurance covered but I was left wondering what for? One image that the process did further damage, not getting treated in office and sending an RX over to my pharmacist.

I’ve been going here since I was 4 and never went to another dentist. Michelle is my hygienist and she is the greatest! Yesterday, I was in to remove all of my wisdom teeth and the experience was very comfortable and easy. I appreciate the team as well as the performing doctor who did everything. He also gave me a follow up call last night which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!
