I called to cancel an appointment after realizing I would have to personally request my records from my previous dentist. I explained that at other dental offices, I simply signed a consent form and they handled it for me. Instead of offering any help or explanation, the person on the phone spoke to me with a dismissive and condescending tone. She emphasized that she has “20 years of experience in dentistry,” but frankly, that experience didn’t show in the way she spoke to me.

Telling a new patient, “If it’s for your convenience, you’re more than welcome to go back to your previous dentist,” is incredibly unprofessional. I was trying to switch to a closer location for convenience, but after this interaction, I decided not to continue with this office—not because of the record transfer process, but because of the way I was treated. If this is how you welcome new patients, then I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at Worman’s Mill Dental Group with my two children, ages 6 and 10. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated us with the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. They were not only incredibly accommodating, but also went out of their way to make exceptions for our unique needs—something I truly appreciated as a parent. It’s not easy to find a dental office that is both efficient and compassionate, but this team was amazing on every level.

My children felt comfortable and cared for, and I left feeling confident that we were in excellent hands. I highly recommend Worman’s Mill Dental Group to anyone looking for a family-friendly, professional, and truly caring dental practice.

I've gone to this office for two cleanings so far, and everyone has been great! Both hygienists I had were fantastic--the one today was so lovely--I was worried about some extra bleeding and had questions for her because I'm pregnant--she was patient and did the cleaning as quickly as possible. The doctor who came in to check me after was also very nice and quick.

I was in and out within 30 minutes! Glad to have found this place!

Came in today for a new patient appointment due to some concerns I was having. Parking and finding the building were super easy; the office was very clean and welcoming. The staff here, from the front desk, assistants, and doctors, is really what makes it shine: kind, professional, easy to talk to, and, for someone who gets anxious around anything dental-related, this is the first time I can say that I was relaxed and felt comfortable from start to finish.

They answered all my questions and made me feel confident when I walked out that I was in good hands. Really great practice and highly recommend them!
