As a first time patient, the best impression should be made. The staff was nice along with the dentist. The hygienist who cleaned my sons teeth rushed the entire process from start to finish. She did more talking than she did working. She did not thoroughly clean each tooth nor did she properly floss them. It was disappointing because my husband speaks highly of this place.

But in addition to the lack of properly doing a good cleaning, I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. Above the one trash can was splatter all over the wall. Why would you leave that mess like that? No one wants ants to see a splatter mess of a unknown substance on a wall. But I will not be taking my kids there .

Sadly, I cannot go back here. This was our second visit here with my kids and I have never experienced anything like what I witnessed today. The dentist was so rude and disrespectful to all the female workers there to the point of micromanaging who came and went into each room, when the hygienist could pick up a pen and when she needed to put it down. No one cleaned any of our teeth. The dentist came in and checked my kids’ teeth and they rinsed with fluoride and that was it.

I’m still in shock that any one still works there or would put up with that kind of verbal abuse. Not to mention, the place was absolutely filthy. He was very nice to the kids and I but I felt sorry for the staff who were obviously very unhappy.

This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. I’ve gone back several times in hopes it would improve…it has only gotten worse. The dentist has taken over for the hygienists and does NOT actually clean my teeth.

He has the same routine of showing me (54) how to floss. He is EXTREMELY rude to the females in the office and I never leave feeling like my teeth are clean. I absolutely do not recommend!

I went here a total of 3 times. 1st time I was in pain. Learned the that I needed a root canal, got a referral. At that appointment, I was very uncomfortable with the way Dr. Fried spoke to his staff. However, he was pleasant with me. 2nd visit, after root canal, to have a permanent filling and "cleaning". Same degrading tone with staff and gave me the most basic cleaning ever. Just had a 3rd visit.

Went in with hopes that maybe the previous trips were just on bad days. Unfortunately, same thing! A cleaning that consisted of him showing me how to floss, a quick polish and out of the chair. Approximately 10 minutes. Oh and a suggestion for a crown. No thank you. Horrible experience and won't return. I tried but this is not the dentist for me. If you are considering going, in my opinion, don't! However, if you do go, please post your positive or negative review.
