I wouldn't give it even one star if I could. The service at the front desk is very bad and unprofessional. They even start to refute your problem before they understand it clearly. When they can't answer your questions about the bill amount, they'll remain silent, sarcastic, and hang up the phone in a hurry. If you choose to go to Sun Jun Clinic, please be sure to check your bill and the insurance amount they declare.

They will charge flexibly based on the amount of your dental insurance and are too lazy to explain the charges to you. Highly doubt they have a fixed fee schedule. If you want to experience the worst front desk service in Toronto, this is definitely your first choice. I would give 0 star if I could. Got very bad experience with the front desk employees, very unprofessional and rude.

Instead of answering your questions directly regarding the charge, they just dodged the question and hanged up the phone. Be very cautious with the amount that they put on your invoice and send to your insurance company as they tend to charge you differently based on your dental insurance coverage limit. Getting prepared for being charged flexibly as they don’t even have a fixed charge standard. Terrible front desk service
