My 5 year old needed a filling done today and was extremely nervous and upset. The dental assistant, Marcus, was wonderful in helping distract my son. He had a cheerful, fun attitude and is definitely in the right field! The dentist and other dental hygienist were also very nice, and finished up the filling quickly.

He didn't seem to realize they were giving him a shot to numb the area. My son hasn't complained about any pain or unusual feeling where the filling was done, so we are very satisfied.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! My 5-year-old daughter needs a filling and tooth extraction. Dr. Polite says she needs to put under general anesthesia. The scheduler calls with the appointment. . . 2 months is their next available because they only go to the facility 3 times a month.

My daughter is crying everyday with tooth pain. Take her back a week later begging for them to do something, even if it's only temporary until her surgery. "Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do except put her on a wait list" and gives her a prescription for an antibiotic. On top of that, we have to pay over $3,000 upfront 48 hours before her surgery. No payment plan, no nothing. These are money-hungry doctors that don't give a **** about your child!!

My children have had GREAT experiences at Young and Polite! Dr. Young is so good with children. He knows how to make them feel comfortable, as do all the ladies working in the office! We went to breakfast after our appointment, and the waitress couldn’t believe how happy our children were after going to the dentist.

They showed off their prizes and told them all about the visit. Makes me so happy as a mom to see my kids treated so well!

Over the past year, my experience with Young and Polite Dentistry has been less than impressive, from last-minute appointment cancellations to a lack of communication. However, during our most recent visit, when I brought all my children in for cleanings and necessary dental work, the team was back on track. A special shoutout to Marcus—he is truly amazing. His ability to explain everything to my children as they underwent treatment made them feel comfortable and safe throughout the process.
