Dr. Bert is absolutely wonderful with kids. My 6 year old had to have some work done and Dr. Bert made my son completely comfortable with his jovial demeanor and was so quick with the procedure.

This is our 2nd pediatric dentist and Dr. Bethiany and his staff are worth the limited hours to get a visit in. My son feels comfortable here and I, as a parent, am welcome to accompany and be involved in the visit without being expected to stay in the waiting room.

Dr. Bert is the best! He is super friendly and funny, which makes my 2 year old daughter feel at ease, during every visit. He explains things throughly to let both you as a part and the child know what is going on. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist.

UPDATE: I felt the need to amend my review. I tried paying our bill twice, once in the office and once over the phone. I was told both times they couldn't collect because the office manager wasn't in. Why in the world they would have it to where only the office manager could take payment is beyond me. Then I tried to call to schedule appointments for my kids and was told I couldn't because my bill hadn't been paid. I tried twice already to pay it and they wouldn't take it. We go in for the visit and my son needs some more work done. He has already had a decent amount of work completed in this office and it went great aside from some of his anxiety. This time though, they gave me an outrageous quote for the remainder of the work. It's about 1/3 of the work he has already had done but the price was as much I've paid for the rest, if not more.

It was insane. Lots of changes happening at this practice and it seems money is the motivator. I loved the practice before. Unfortunately I think we will be looking for another office now. I sent an email with my concerns and have received no response to it whatsoever. Sad because I really thought we found a great office. Dr. Bert and his staff are second to none. Seriously. .

. I've worked in dental offices and this office is one of the best I've experienced. Everything is so easy to handle with them. My 3 year old doesn't budge if getting work done by Dr. Bert and his staff. I'm so glad we found them and will recommend them to anyone we know. Don't hesitate to take your child here. You won't be disappointed.

Tried to call and make an appointment for my kids, the Florence location was super helpful and gave me this locations information since they were accepting new pediatric patients under the age of 5. The receptionist was SUPER RUDE AND IMPATIENT while trying to give my child’s insurance over the phone.

She seemed like she didn’t even want to be on the phone as soon as I told her we had Medicaid, the Florence location was completely different attitude and had such good vibes I’m very disappointed as this location was closer to my house and seemed promising. Why would I want to take my children somewhere that can’t even be friendly or professional on the phone?
