World class dentistry in York PA! I've lived all over the country, and I can say with great confidence that Dr Zimliki is the best dentist I've ever had. Not only is Dr Zimliki an incredible dentist, but his hygentists and front office staff are amazing as well. Now, I'm a father of 3 teenagers, and I wouldn't trust any other dentist with the dental care of my wife and kids! By the way, I'm writing this review on the same day Dr Zimliki performed my first ever root canal! I had an abscess in a lower left molar.

I didn't feel a thing during the root canal! Zero pain! It's been several hours since the procedure, and I'm still not in any pain. How many dentist reviews from patients do you read that were written on the same day they got a root canal? Lol! I'm so impressed with the level of care Dr Zimliki and his staff provided me today, that I felt inspired to write this recommendation. The best decision you can make for your family's dentistry is to put your trust in the skilled hands of Dr Zimliki and his caring staff.

I never had anyone be so rude to me on the phone because I had to cancel 2 appointments because I was extremely sick. There was also an issue with my insurance card because the office staff failed to verify my new card and used an old one from 2019 they had on filed as oppose to current one. The person who handle the issue got snippy with me when I question this and also asked for my dental records to be forward to Yorkshire Dental.

If I could give them a zero I would.

We have gone to this practice for years. I have only ever had good things to say about the staff and Dr. Zimliki. My last experience deserves a mention. I had a tooth that was found needed to come out quickly. I was referred to the oral surgeon. When I made the appointment there, that office needed the physical x-rays when I went. Due to some delays , I could not get back to the office to pick them up until right before they closed on a Thursday.

The nurse said she would stay until I got there to be sure I had them , even if I was a little late. I appreciated that so much just because she made me feel very valued and that she cared. The whole office is like that. It is so appreciated because I was very nervous about getting the tooth pulled anyway. It is those little things that matter so much. I can definitely say you get that customer care and then some here.

This was my dentist office since i was 3 years old when my mom started bringing me. i’m now 20 working third shift so my schedule can be a little hectic. I’ve missed 3 appointments in the 17 years i’ve been going there, and no they weren’t back to back misses, but i got a letter in the mail after the 3rd missed appointment stating that as a solo practitioner i was a liability to the amount of service they could provide other clients and that missed appointments can be detrimental to them.

I just don’t get how after 17 years of good service they can just send you a peice of paper telling you that you aren’t welcome back to their office. Overall if you’re looking for a reliable place to call your dentist office for a long period of time i recommend looking somewhere else.
