My experience with Dr. Chen is horrible, which ended up with me losing a molar teeth. I had a filling (relatively big) in a molar teeth since l was a teenager, and Dr. Chen recommended doing root canal and putting a crown on it (which actually doesn't seem to be necessary when I look back since I had the filling for so many years and it did not bother me). I trusted him before doing enough homework, and let him do the procedure. Few months after the procedure, I started to have pain in the teeth.

I went back to Dr. Chen and found out that the root of the molar teeth cracked. I ended up losing the teeth and replacing it with an implant. If I had done enough homework, I should have known that molar teeth root canal is a complicated procedure, and a general dentist should refer patient to a specialist for this procedure (if the procedure is necessary at all) in stead of performing it by himself.

Be careful with this doctor, I treated with him for several years since my company is nearby. I had few cases with him besides hygiene check, it was always painful both physically and mentally, he is not capable to do root canal but he insisted to do it, the root canal was failed in a year, and I ended up with losing a teeth, and that day when my tooth was extracted by this guy, I will never forget in my rest of life: I was called in for root canal re-treatment that day, but when I walked in his office, he told me my tooth need to be extracted, then he used his sales skill misleading me to sign the agreement, and my tooth was pull out, with swelling face, I can see the root of tooth is perfect, at the time, he said he regret for doing so as well. . .

he is not a doctor, he is careless for his patient and always try to sale to his patient whatever is easier for him and whatever will make him more money. . he should be punished one day by God.

My whole family have been patients of Dr. Chen for the past 35 years or so . He is like a family member to us . Our daughter loved working for him for one summer. Always very kind & thorough in his profession ! His staff is also excellent , especially Rebecca with her sweet nature.

He took care of our Cavities , Wisdom teeth , Root canals, crowns & Bridge works . He put a smile on all of us always. Thanks to Dr. Chen & his staff!
