Dr. Guldbek is a Rear Admiral (Lower Half) in the United States Navy Reserve and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his 17 year career he has served in numerous positions with the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy. He has served as Commanding Officer of Surgical Company Alpha, 4th Medical Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, Senior Dental Executive for Operational Health Support Unit at Walter Reed National Medical Military Center in Washington, DC. Commanding Officer 4th Dental Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve in Marietta, GA. His recent past assignment was the Reserve Dental Officer for the Commander Pacific Fleet in Honolulu, HI. Rear Admiral Guldbek is currently assigned as the Deputy Medical Officer of the Marine Corps (RC). He also serves as the Deputy Chief of the Navy Dental Corps and as a senior healthcare administrator for Navy Reserve Medicine.
