About

Dr. Corrie Swihart is passionate about providing the best orthodontic care to her patients. Her excitement for orthodontics started from her own experience as an orthodontic patient, where she gained an appreciation for the art of orthodontics, as well as the positive impact an orthodontist can have on a patient's well-being and self esteem. Dr. Swihart received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University, graduating with highest distinction. She also completed her orthodontics residency at Indiana University, receiving a Masters of Science in Dentistry and an orthodontics specialist certificate. Dr. Swihart currently resides in Newport News with her husband, and their three dogs.
