About
Dr. Steven Reese, a retired Colonel who has spent his time in the Armed Forces serving the Navy and the Air Force. He has over fifteen years of experience as an orthodontist and is board certified, an accomplishment only thirty percent of orthodontic specialists have attained. Dr. Recently has joined Peninsula Orthodontics to continue patient centered, comfortable, high-tech and quality focused care. Dr. Reese received his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, then completed a General Practice Residency at the Naval Hospital San Diego. He attained his master's degree (MSD) from Indiana University where he specialized in Orthodontics. Dr. Reese has a broad area of expertise working with children, adolescents and adults both in private practice and overseas. He has served as a staff member for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry, interacted with many surgeons and specialists, keeping current with the latest technology and continuing education. Dr. Reese is also well trained in complex adult pre-restorative treatment and orthognathic surgery should those options ever be indicated. Dr. Reese and his family have been very involved in the local community for the past 10 years. He and his family enjoy sports, outdoor activities, traveling and get-a-ways to the beach.
