About
Dr. Seger grew up in a small town outside of Tampa, Florida. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and then went on to receive his doctorate of dental medicine from Temple Dental School. Always having had a passion for science and working with his hands, Dr. Seger discovered that dentistry was a perfect fit for him. Temple dental school is known for clinical excellence and was a top choice for Dr. Seger. Temple Dental School has been producing some of the nation's best dentists for over 100 years. Dr. Seger is a member of the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He stays current with the latest advances in dentistry through continuing education courses. He is currently pursuing a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry which recognizes extensive continuing education in advanced techniques and skills. Dr. Seger met his wife Kate during his time at Temple Dental School. Kate is an intensive care nurse in Philadelphia, and shares Dr. Seger's passion for helping others. In their spare time, they enjoy being active and spending time with their daughter Nora and dog Lily. Dr. Seger also enjoys golfing, fishing, and snowboarding. When not in the office, Dr. Seger provides dental care for several assisted living facilities and nursing homes in the Philadelphia area. He has a lot of experience working with elderly and differently-abled patients, and finds it very rewarding to help care for this under served population.
