Very professional office all around. Dr. Novak is knowledgeable and caring. He also is easy to talk to and takes time to answer questions. The staff is awesome as well.

The girls who work in the front office are horribly rude. They come across as very pushy and give you a hard time if you need to cancel even when giving sufficient warning. I had broken a wisdom tooth that needed extracted and was in a great deal of pain, they pressured me to come and have a cleaning done before I had the tooth fixed even though i could barely open my mouth. Money hungry- too worried about bottom line and not the patient. Dr novak also pulls NO teeth, sends to oral surgeon.
