Katie Heald, DDS, is the Dentist Owner of the Morganton, NC location. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth Univeristy School of Dentistry. With years of valuable dental experience, she and the rest of the Aspen Dental team are proud to offer professional, compassionate care to patients like you. Dr. Katie Heald (Dr. Katie) was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. She completed her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech and went to dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. After dental school, Dr Katie completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital, in conjunction with the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Katie has a strong background in medically compromised and geriatric patients. She excels in all aspects of dentistry, including dentures. She thoroughly enjoys surgery and placing implants. Dr Katie loves learning and has taken advanced courses in surgery, pain control and anxiety management.
