Dr. Lindsay Thorn is a Salem, Virginia native, Artist, Equestrian, and Family Dentist. She and her husband, Brad, share a family of pets together- 2 dogs, 1 cat, a horse, and a turtle! She has an undeniable love for animals and enjoys competing/riding horses. She loves all things outdoors and is passionate about seeking creative ways to support our environment. Caring for our community has driven her to become passionate about achieving overall health while improving the environment necessary to maintain wellness. Dr. Thorn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a minor in French. From there, she continued her studies at Vanderbilt University, where she focused her studies on SARS-Coronavirus. (Yes… COVID!) There, she earned her Master's degree in Microbiology & Immunology. During her time at Vanderbilt, she taught MCAT classes part-time for The Princeton Review while also teaching ACT prep at several underserved high schools in the city. Her combined passions for art, wellness, science, education, and her community led her to the profession of dentistry.
