Dr Jacob is a gifted surgeon surrounded by a capable, caring support staff! From Nancy who was able to schedule my mom in the mostly timely manner, to Dr Jacob and his nurse Dora who explained the procedures in clear, understandable detail comforting my mom, with a detailed, final discharge session with Dr Claudia. We are forever grateful our paths aligned with Dr Jacob and his talented team! 10 stars! All thumbs up!

Dr. Jacob uncovered many issues my prior dentist ignored and did not see. His rooms have latest tech. Very friendly staff. But his behavior during procedures feels a bit unprofessional since he was joking with his assistant with outbursts of laughter right in my ear during a procedure while I could do nothing while wearing procedure mouth braces. After the procedure, he seemed rushed and ignored the fact my jaw had shifted position during his work and needed time to reset before getting any accurate bite analysis.
