Dr. Martirossian is a dentist committed to continually improving his ability to change his patients' lives through dentistry. This means that he is continually learning about new and better approaches to dentistry and honing his abilities in his practice. He was the lead dental advisor and the cosmetic treatment doctor for the Mother/Daughter Makeover Challenge sponsored by the Bergen Health and Life Magazine. He has been selected as a top dentist by the Consumers' Research Council of America for many years. Dr. Martirossian received his Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) from New York University. He performed his residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. However, this was only the beginning of Dr. Martirossian's education as a dentist. He completed a 2-year implant course at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Martirossian has also been studying at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI). LVI is the premier school for advanced cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry. He has studied the use of cosmetic dentistry to correct complex cases and achieve outstanding results. He has also studied the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) using neuromuscular dentistry. He has also studied the treatment of sleep apnea using oral appliances. Dr. Martirossian belongs to some of the most important dental organizations where he associates closely with some of the world's best dentists, who hold him to the highest standards of training and practice, including: The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry The American Academy of Craniofacial Pain The American Academy of Sleep Dentistry International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics When he's not practicing or studying as a dentist, Dr. Martirossian enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Lia and their three children. He also enjoys his hobbies, such as travel, skiing, and tennis.
