About
Dr. Nipa Thakkar is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry and currently Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She holds a BS in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and Masters in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She completed her General Practice Residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA. Dr. Thakkar also volunteers her time in West Chester with Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program and Rotary Club. Dr. Thakkar has also won multiple awards at local and national level in her field. Dr. Thakkar also heavily involved in leadership roles with American Dental Association, Philadelphia Dental Society, and Pennsylvania Dental Association. Dr. Thakkar is also a national lecturer for American Dental Association.
