I have been going to his place of practice since I was 11 years old. And it was always a great experience for me. When I became an adult, I started seeing another dentist there since the original was pediatric only. It was also a good experience but after that dentist left, I decided to make Crabtree my new dentist. On my first visit he was explaining something to me about one of my fillings. I was very interested in what he was saying. But then all of a sudden he stopped mid sentence and quickly walked out. I thought maybe he was coming back to show me Something. But instead, the dental hygienist came in and said I was done. I wondered if I did anything wrong. I wasn’t saying anything, just listening. I don’t know what happened and was hurt by it. So after being a loyal patient for 30 plus years, I never came back. Now that he is gone, I actually might come back again to their new dentist.
