About
Dr. Ted Vossers was born in Grove City, PA, and grew up in Erie, PA. He graduated from Iroquois High School as valedictorian. In 1982 Dr. Vossers received his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Grove City College, where he was named the most outstanding engineering graduate. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1986 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and finished first in his class. Dr. Vossers continued on at UNC for his orthodontic residency and earned his Master of Science in orthodontics in 1988. He won the UNC Orthodontic Alumni Association's Award for orthodontic research in 1988. Dr. Vossers is a board-certified specialist in orthodontics according to the American Board of Orthodontics, the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists.
