Dr Theodros Abraha born in Asmara Eritrea attended a German School in Ethiopia He lived most of his childhood through high school in Addis Abeba As a young man he realized he had a passion for culture language and travel He can also speak Spanish German Arabic Amharic and Tegringa He later came to the US and recieved his undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia His uncle helped influence his career choice as a dental professional Dr Abraha soon realized his new found dream and graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Dentistry He is married to Mayada Khidr and she graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Dental School in 2013 Both doctors work as a team to serve the dental needs of Durham NC and surrounding regions Dr Abraha has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in endodontics root canal oral surgury crown and bridges periodontal therapy esthetic dentistry and denture treatment Dr Abraha is a member of the American Dental Association North Carolina Dental Society and North Carolina District He enjoys reading traveling listening to music and playing soccer in his free time
