My family have been fans of 5th Ave Dental for 15 years. However, within the last 2 years, they have declined significantly, specifically with booking and keeping appointments. I've had appointments cancelled the day before the appointment and no available rescheduling dates for months. My son needed his wisdom teeth removed and they had no availability and were unwilling to even refer us to another oral surgeon because our insurance didn't require a referral.

My husband had a cap put in that changed his bite and had to be redone. The last straw was after agreeing to an appointment reschedule on a Friday afternoon before the DOE holiday break, aka worst traffic day ever, I was admittedly running 15 minutes late and was in contact with them, the technician refused to wait so they canceled on me when I was 3 minutes away. There is zero customer service here/ patient appreciation here.

This place is a scam. They refused to do a filling for my wife because they insisted that she has gum disease and she will need a LANAP procedure done that cost $6800. We went to another dentist and they said she doesn’t have gum disease. This place just wants your money and not your best interest of your health.

i should have listened to the bad reviews initially. as soon as i stepped into the office the receptionist with red hair was extremely rude for no reason at all. which was already very off putting. then when i got seen by my dentist.

he didn’t even introduce himself so i don’t even know his name. and didn’t care to know after my 5 minute cleaning was done because he was also just rude and unprofessional. i wont be returning and definitely don’t recommend.

Donnies Garage

Where to even begin with this place… absolute crooks, took full advantage of me as there new patient. . made me take some special x-ray not covered by my insurance for $350 after racking up on my other x-rays that were covered. . said they needed a more detailed image to help my tooth issue. Then they had me pay $185 for consultation and sat me in a chair to tell me The procedure was going to be $1600… so instead of informing me it was going to be $1600 first they wanted to rob me of $185.

The consultation took nothing more than eight minutes And they refuse to give me my money back after telling Me and my root canal wasn’t covered. They give absolutely zero shits about you or anybody else that goes there. . They’re all about their money. its a terrible place stay the hell away
