The appointment time was at 4 o'clock, I arrived at 3:30, and it was not until 7:30 that it was my turn to do it. The waiting time was too long. Regarding the two tooth extractions, the child's insurance had already covered it, but the clinic said it would charge almost 200 US dollars to do it. It said that prices were rising, materials were expensive, etc.

, otherwise it couldn't be done! My general insurance at another clinic covers dental nerves and braces. At this clinic, the child's insurance is a white card but does not cover braces! I have to pay extra for the nerve pump, which is really speechless.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I don’t know who the receptionists here are, but they are not well trained and will not want to answer the phone. A lady answered the phone then hung up on me immediately after. They are very unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint to the official board.

They honestly think that you’re a bother to them. Very rude in general, you should treat everyone with respect the same way you would want respect from others.

You can only reach them before 10 am. Anytime after, they don't pick up. It's hard to get in touch. The wait in the afternoon is very long .. approx 2 hrs or more. Better to come here in the morning when they're hardly any patients but you still wait for the dentist to arrive.
