My family and I have been going here for over two years and we are extremely happy with Dr. Brown and all his staff. We came from an office where our original dentist left and the next three dentists we dealt with there we didn’t like so, this practice was a breath of fresh air. They are honest and I have never felt that anything they suggested wasn’t necessary, like my last office.

This place was nice at first, but then scheduling became a hassle. I made appts with them (you always have to wait months to get in for a cleaning) and I would ask off from work to accommodate my appts of course. . . not once but twice they called the week of and said they had a problem with scheduling and said they would need to reschedule me - twice over a period of 6 months. Then on the day of my appt I had a family emergency where I was at the hospital with a family member and missed it unfortunately.

They told me (with an attitude and no compassion at all when I told them I was at the hospital with family) that I would have to pay deposits if I wanted to reschedule. Funny, when I was accommodating to them when they cancelled my appts due to THEM overbooking, and I had taken time off from work for nothing, twice. . . . .

but the time I couldn't make it due to an emergency they want to charge additional just to schedule? What about the time I wasted leaving work on 2 occasions, when THEY called me to reschedule that was not my fault? The same understanding wasn't given to me and that's not the way to provide care for people. Things happen and if you want people to return, treat them like somebody. Unless you want to wait months for cleanings and scheduling hassles, find another dentist besides this one.

Dr. Arati is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Although I have some anxiety about dental visits, her calm, gentle demeanor immediately put me at ease.

She works quickly, confidently, and efficiently, making sure to clearly explain every step along the way. I can’t express just how happy I am to have found Dr. Arati. She takes the stress out of going to the dentist! Highly recommend!

Dr. Brown and his staff are impeccable. My husband and children are patients here. Dr. Brown goes above and beyond to ensure every treatment given is a positive, personal experience. I wish I could give him 10 stars!
