October 08, 2024 my son was having 4. 00pm appointment, so we were there, front desk lady worker said, "you don't have an appointment today", upon showing her their appointment card she made an sorry face but did not say sorry, I said it's not my mistake it's your office's efficiency and told her you should say sorry for it, there was another co-worker with her a rude lady yelling over her shoulder that's not us the lady who made that appointment of yours is not here etc. , blah. , blah. ,. .
. and started ignoring with an attitude, I have been visiting Dr. Adler's dental office with my family and kids since past 8 years all the staff are very polite and mannered except this time this lady's behavior with Dr. Adler's patients was rude. Never had such a bad behavior and service from any front desk worker.

My first time at this dental office, and I must say, I had a great experience 👍🏼. I originally went in for a dental hygiene cleaning---I haven't had one in a very long time. . . I can't remember his name; the hygienist was an older gentleman, very nice and very humorous! Great job! 👍🏼Then I had an oral exam from the doctor and he too was very professional and nice. .
. They get additional points for hiring a pretty receptionist 🤗. . . I'd recommend them so far 👌

They did a root canal for me, which got infected afterward. They won’t even look at the infected root canal that I already paid over $2,000 for unless I pay an additional $165 just for them to check it. That’s besides the fact that they have the nastiest receptionist. and dont forget its a miniumuim of 1hr wait just to see the doctor.

My father and aunt both go here and they love it. The staff is professional, polite, and honest and thats very important to us especially since we have to use insurance for everything.
