I've had this appointment for SEVERAL months and for good reason too. Dr. Suranyi is the ONLY Dr. in East TN who takes our insurance. Even though he receives only a portion of what he charges for the service he provides he is still so very kind and thorough. His office staff was so friendly and VERY accommodating.

The day we came in the office manager was short of help up front and did an excellent job handling her duties as well as the receptionists. Although she was short staffed that day she was still very friendly and personable. I recommend this place to everyone in need of their services. Please remember to be kind, patient and mindful that this place being the ONLY place that takes your insurance in East TN.

Dr. Suranyi is hands-down the best, most skillful and professional endodontist I've ever been to for a root canal. I am grateful to him because he saved a molar that another endodontist gave up on claiming it needed to be pulled - which I did not want to do. It is quite difficult to get me numb enough for the drill but Dr. Suranyi was able to successfully do so and complete the root canal with ease.

He is very personable, compassionate, and let me know what was going on throughout the procedure. His assistant Megan is wonderful, and Brooke in the front office is great. She was very friendly and quite helpful by staying in touch and getting my appointment moved up.

Dr. George Suranyi is very thorough and he is just the best with what he does. He has a very good bedside manner and an expert of root canal. My daughters feel very comfortable and at ease every procedure and he constantly checks up on them to make sure they are ok. To those who complained about the front desk in the past, I did not see her anymore over our last two visits this year. :) My husband and I would like to agree about her behavior over the phone and in person. She did not represent the clinic very well.

She is now replaced with Dr. George's assistant who is so sweet, accommodating and always wear a smile on her face. Overall, we would highly recommend Dr. George Suranyi. 4 hours round trip each time we visit is totally worth it.

Beyond EXCEPTIONAL service and care! Dr. Suranyi has the best bedside manner. Great with kids! He explained the procedure to my daughter and updated her and checked to see if she was ok throughout the procedure. We couldn’t not have asked for a better Dr or experience. Customer service is the speciality! Thank you to all the staff!
