The facility and the staff are nice, and the dentists are extremely competent and friendly. However, they would not work with me as a low income, uninsured person. I had been going to Town Creek for years, and because I had periodontal disease in the past, they would not allow me to get the less expensive, regular cleanings. Even though I recently paid nearly $400 for the annual dental plan, they were insisting that I bring $72 more for my next cleaning, for “perio maintenance”. I said I couldn’t afford it, could I please just get the regular cleaning that I had paid for in the plan? They said no, it is below their standard of care.

I said I would like to get the regular cleaning over not being able to come at all. They basically said Bye, let us know where to send your records. So sad.

Just moved to Lenoir City and needed to find a dentist. I have a REAL phobia and super frightened of going to the dentist. I was with my previous dentist for 22 years and the thought of going to someone new just made my phobia and anxiety even worse until I had gone to Town Creek Dental.

Every employee exuded confidence in their duties and pride in being a part of Town Creek Family Dentistry’s team. They worked in unison like a championship sports team to provide patients with the trophy of having healthy gums, clean teeth, and a pretty smile. Each staff member at Town Creek Family Dentistry was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of time to ensure each patient’s appointment times were honored.

The reasons for any test or x-ray done was explained in terms the average patient could understand. The equipment on site for x-rays and dental work was up-to-date and used more thoroughly than in any other dental office I’ve experienced before. Every employee’s entire focus was ensuring patients received dental “CARE. ” Thank you to everyone at Town Creek Family Dentistry for taking such good care of my dental health, for providing such a high level of care as your “standard”, and for making my “visit to a dentist” such a positive experience!
