Dr. Alex had to grind down an old filling that cracked to replace it with a crown. He was extremely thoughtful and gentle in doing so, along with his able assistant Marcella.

The facilities are immaculate, and everyone is very professional and kind. I highly recommend the Frankfort location, along with the Orland Park location as everyone at both locations is warm, upbeat and does a tremendous professional job.

I cannot thank Dr. Alex and his team enough! My one-year-old had been irritable and hadn’t been eating solids for the last couple of days. She is still teething, and we weren’t sure if her red, inflamed gums were due to that or if there was an active infection. After brushing, her gums bled quite a bit more than usual—enough that we couldn’t even see one of her front teeth. We were unsure if she had lost a tooth, or if an infection was the cause. We just wanted to make sure it was nothing concerning.

Despite explaining all of this to every dental office I called, we were either turned away because they didn’t accept our insurance or told there wasn’t much that could be done, and that I’d need to go to a pediatric dentist. Even after calling pediatric dental offices, they would not squueze her in, not even on an emergency basis and told me the earliest they could see her was Monday (and I was calling on Thursday). The lack of urgency did not sit well with me, especially given her age and the situation I had explained. A one-year-old should not be asked to wait until Monday in case of an infection or something more serious. No doctor could rule that out until they had seen her, and to be told to wait till Monday was unacceptable. Thankfully, Dr.

Alex was the only one who got us in the same day after I had called around. He took the time to assess my child and, most importantly, gave me the peace of mind I needed so I didn’t have to worry all weekend. Fortunately, everything was and is okay. I truly appreciate their flexibility and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Alex and his team for their exceptional care!

I changed dentist 4+ years ago. The experience here has been above and beyond they worked with me to get a lot of dental work done. The staff has always been excellent understanding and accommodating. I will never go anywhere else.!
