My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m. They called me back at 9:55 a. m. The service received was exceptional. The assistant, Ms Catera, did an outstanding job. I look forward to my next appointment on 12 April. I would highly recommend treatment at this facility.

They had to make my top dentures twice and still couldn’t get them right!!! I went in during the contract time asking them to fix them to make them fit properly and was told they couldn’t then the next time I went the dental assistant said he could fix it but would cost me $220 since the time limit was up but refused to fix it when I didn’t have to pay anything!!! Then had the nerve to say “ well in a perfect world blah blah!!! And got very rude and yes he smelled of body odor big time!!! They were nice up until the 60 days were up!!! My husband put $5000 down for him to get dental work done but then we needed the money back before they even did anything. He asked Sherwin about the refund and he said he would take care of it that day and it will take 7 to 14 days… we went there a week later to find out he NEVER put I. For his $5000 refund.

Until my husband watched him that day. And it still took 3 weeks and every time we called to see where it was they would hang up on us, then never answer the phone nor return calls!!! They lie. And cheat people especially older people!!!! Don’t trust them or Dr.

Neal!!!!! RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THE WEST ASHLEY SC branch!!!!! I wouldn’t even give one star!!

Everyone was great from the beginning till the end. Such a great passionate staff. Only hiccup was getting the correct antibiotic. Cause accidentally prescribed one was allergic to. I felt a new one should of been prescribed before I left so I wouldn't have to keep calling for one.

But other that everyone and everything was awesome. I didn't even feel a thing. My temps look great can't wait to see permanent . Thank you affordable dentures. GOD BLESS
