I was not offered any type of plan because the dentist assumed i couldn't pay for the treatment. She assumed because my insurance wouldn't cover the treatment she didn't have to give me an exam either. I experienced Terrible service from the Dentist at affordable Dentures and implants. The assistant was more helpful than the dentist. They didn't even ask if I wanted to try financing.

Today was my first time going to Affordable Dentures. I went to the Raleigh location. The staff were very professional and courteous. The doctor explained everything well and took the time to answer my questions. They were $1200 less expensive than the other 3 quotes that I had received. I am starting my procedure to have my teeth extracted and receive full dentures in 2 days

I was initially hopeful when I began my dental journey with Affordable Dentures and even went so far as to recommend their services to others — some of whom are now loyal patients. Unfortunately, my personal experience was deeply disappointing. I was left in limbo for months, going without teeth and clear answers. Despite my efforts to pay out of pocket, I was still delayed, which made me feel softly rejected as a patient — as if my case simply wasn’t worth the effort. I was repeatedly kept on hold with vague promises and unclear communication surrounding my Medicaid paperwork, leading to multiple denials.

What’s most hurtful is that I spoke highly of them, encouraged others to trust them, and yet I was left behind. I’m not writing this out of anger, but out of truth. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and care — especially when dealing with something as personal and life-altering as their smile.
