Affordable Family Dentistry lives up to its name—great care without breaking the bank. As a single mom of two, finding quality dental care that fits my budget was a struggle until we found this practice. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly understanding about financial concerns. Dr. Patel is wonderful with kids; he made my 6-year-old’s first filling painless and even gave her a sticker. For my own crown, he explained all cost options upfront, no surprises.

They offer payment plans that work with my schedule and never pressure extra treatments. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and they remember little things like my son’s dislike of mint. When I had a toothache, they got me in same-day. Finally, a dental home that cares about both smiles and wallets—we’re so grateful.

My first impressions of this dentist’s office was very good. I have had a huge issue with anxiety surrounding dentists and my mental health was not the best for years prior to my visit, so my teeth definitely needed some work. They seemed very transparent and the dental assistants were great. (Shout out to the receptionist GiGi she is AMAZING). My issue comes down to the doctor.

She was very nice at first, but over time her demeanor towards me changed. Every time I came in she would shame me and tell me how bad my teeth were and how much I needed them worked on. I was getting them done little by little, when I could afford it. During a root canal I needed to be numbed more than once since I could still feel it whenever they started working on it, and she complained and stated repeatedly how unnecessary the extra numbing was. The other front desk employees whom I assume are related to the doctor (speculating) have been rude at times when explaining pricing.

Stating “well, it would be more expensive somewhere else” when I questioned a quote they gave me. If you’re looking for a good dentist to go to for extensive work, or have anxiety like me, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. Aside from the dental assistants/hygienists, and GiGi, this place can definitely use some work in the customer service department.

Dr. Prattabhi is one of THE most caring dentists you will ever meet. She gets her patients seen promptly and genuinely cares about their care every step of the way. Going to the dentist can be super nerve wrecking, but her calm demeanor eases your nerves enabling you to trust her and this is an important quality for healthcare professionals to have! Her compassion is an added bonus to her exceptional training, being highly qualified in her field.

I know you will be in great hands at her office. Highly recommend her as your dentist in the Atlanta area. Worth any driving distance to receive care from her! :)

Flashpoint Channel

Because I’m BIG in customer service , I so appreciate everyone I encountered on my first visit. I felt comfortable. I enjoyed the warm hello’s, and conversation ESPECIALLY because I get very anxious going to the dentist. Unfortunately for me I have to have some major things done and I have to be in a place I feel like I’m safe. So I felt that.

I really like Dr. Prasani, she didn’t waste my time at all, she reviewed the X-rays, gave me a couple of suggestions and she was ready to do what I needed to get me on my road to a healthier smile. Thank you for making sure I was all the way good before you started working on me and thank you to your staff and their good energy. Blessings
