One of the last times I go, because I’m moving out of New York, but this office has been so beyond professional, I brought my boyfriend who hated dentists 🦷 and he loved. I’m shocked to read comments saying they’re rude there because they’re really not. . .

at least I’ve attracted pretty amazing staff working with me. Got my cleaning today and they’re so cute period. They got my last mug shot today 😂 oh well enjoy, but definitely recommend. (There’s no free wifi, but they updated the waiting area, it has a feng shui vibe to it)

As far a customer service goes. They made me wait almost 2 hrs. mind you that I had an appointment. Also, the assistant Jannet is very rude, I asked for a cup of water and she gave me tap water on the cups they use to rinse your mouth, I asked her if she could give me more and she just ignored me and walked away.

Overall they gave the worst experience so far at a dentist to the point where I was shaking anxious. Would not recommend this office at all.

Horrible service. This was probably the worst experience I had at a doctors office I do not recommend going my friend also had a horrible toothache and they weren’t able to provide the correct professional service a better qualified dentistry would have.

The dentist is a good person. The staff that she has working there is completely horrible. They are completely incompetent and they have a nasty attitude when you contact them. It’s like you’re bothering them while they’re supposed to be doing their job.
