Would not recommend. They billed the wrong insurance over $455 and will not make it right by rebilling the correct insurance. The billing department has been impossible to reach and has not returned any phone calls. When I went in person to address the issue, the office was packed and no one was able to address it.

They took my information but have not returned my call in over 5 days. This can be considered insurance fraud and I definitely would not recommend them to any one. Please be careful with this office - if you run into any billing issues there is no one who is accountable.

Some of the staff is very unprofessional but of course some were sweet and apologetic and good people, such as the X-ray tech! I was there for 2. 5 hours for a routine cleaning and exam. After 1. 5 hours waiting, I asked for an update and was told that due to staff miscommunication, the hygienist left for the day, so I was only given a "basic cleaning" and told I'd have to come back for a true cleaning.

I don't understand why the dentist himself can't do a proper cleaning, but I guess since it was late, they wanted to leave. The exam was thorough and the dentist did additional X-rays to take a closer look at a suspicious area- I appreciated that! The office was also very dark and outdated. Other places I have been have more technology in the exam room so you can see your X-rays, but not here. Lastly, the office was weirdly political.

Everyone is entitled to their viewpoints, but it was shoved down my throat. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment overall. When I left I nicely told them to skip calling me to schedule another appointment because I would not be coming back!
